On February 13, 2025, the “MASTERING THE WAVES, FORGING NEW JOURNEYS — CNGR 2024 Annual Summary & Commendation Conference and 2025 Mobilization Meeting” was held in grand fashion. CNGR Chairman and President Mr. Deng Weiming, along with the full executive team and over 400 key managers and business leaders from CNGR’s global regions, centers, and bases attended the event in person, while core CNGR employees from around the world joined via live broadcast with simultaneous interpretation to witness the grand occasion together.

  The conference began with all attendees watching the 2024 CNGR Year-in-Review video. This was followed by a keynote report titled “Advancing on a Long Slope with Deep Snow – CNGR 2024 Summary & 2025 Work Plan” presented by Mr. Zhu Zongyuan, Vice President and CFO of CNGR, on behalf of the management team. The report thoroughly reviewed CNGR’s performance in 2024 and laid out a comprehensive roadmap for 2025. According to the report, 2024 marked CNGR’s eighth consecutive year of steady results. Diversified technologies unleashed strong growth momentum; the matrix of products led the industry in market share; the integrated industrial ecosystem worked in synergy; global capacity expansion and resource deployment moved forward with great results. CNGR also fulfilled greater corporate social responsibilities worldwide. Zhu emphasized that we are on a “long slope” track, and only by sharpening our core competencies can we truly gain “deep snow.” In 2025, CNGR will remain strategically focused, further enhance operational efficiency and management capabilities across the entire value chain, deepen global integration, and build competitiveness for long-term development. With a spirit of progress and confidence, the company will unite CNGRers around the world and work hand-in-hand with partners across the value chain to embark on a new journey toward high-quality and sustainable development — the second decade of CNGR.
  In 2024, CNGRers across the globe overcame the limits of time and space, working together toward the shared vision of becoming a world-leading new energy materials science company. Milestone achievements in high-quality development were made, drawing attention across the industry. At the award ceremony, honors such as Outstanding Young Talents, Strivers, Cultural Integration Stars, Safety Awards, Excellent First- and Second-Level Departments, and the Outstanding Contribution Award were announced. Each award found its rightful owner. A highlight of the event was the Cultural Integration Star, a special award under CNGR’s globalization journey. In the feature video “The Beauty of Cultural Diversity”, winners shared moving stories about CNGR’s inclusive and open culture, and the cooperation between CNGRers from different countries. The highest individual honor, the Outstanding Contribution Award, was presented to CNGR Senior Vice President Liao Hengxing, whose family joined the celebration on-site and extended warm wishes to CNGRers worldwide. The audience responded with prolonged and thunderous applause.
  In the face of intensifying industry competition and a new wave of industrial revolution driven by AI and new energy, Chairman Deng Weiming delivered a keynote speech titled “SIMPLICITY IN PRINCIPLE · SUNWARD IN SIGHT”, offering in-depth insights from six dimensions: world trends (Shidao), business principles (Shangdao), enterprise philosophy (Qidao), and the mindsets of noise reduction, unity, and confidence. He emphasized that CNGR must continue to move toward the light, guided by these “Three Daos and Three Hearts.”
  Focusing on the path of development, Chairman Deng shared profound reflections on the principles of world dynamics, business essence, and enterprise evolution. He pointed out that every industrial revolution has fueled enterprise growth, national rise, and human progress. As we stand at another historic crossroads led by AI and new energy, in an era of unprecedented change, CNGR will remain resolute, embrace competition, evolve and scale up with each iteration, and gather the strength to grow sustainably across cycles.
  Regarding the mindset for progress, Deng emphasized three attitudes:

  2. Unity of minds — gathering the power of all CNGRers and global customers to make meaningful contributions to the industry and society.
  3. Confidence — believing in ourselves and the company, turning conviction into a powerful force for high-quality growth.
  He further emphasized that while the world keeps changing, the essence of development and the yearning for a better life remain unchanged. Though mountains may lie ahead, CNGRers will continue walking in the light. In 2025, let all CNGR colleagues move forward together, toward the light.
  The evening gala began with the dazzling opening dance “A Blooming Spring” from the CNGR Ningxiang Base, instantly bringing the festive energy of the Lunar New Year to life. A raffle featuring specialty gifts from China, Korea, Indonesia, and Morocco ignited the crowd’s excitement. Finalists from the 6th CNGR Music Festival delivered a passionate medley of classics, receiving roaring applause. A high-energy performance titled “Light of CNGR’s Innovation” by the CNGR Research Institute wowed the audience with futuristic visuals and props, showcasing the creative spirit of R&D personnel. One of the Cultural Integration Stars from Korea performed the Korean hit “Mariya”, bringing a unique K-pop flavor to the stage. Meanwhile, the Tongren and Kaiyang bases joined forces for a humorous sketch “YES Snake!”, spreading good luck and fortune.Finally, a touching performance of the song “Friend”, jointly presented by Liao Hengxing (President, Indonesia Region), Liu Xingguo (President, China Region), Zhu Zongyuan (President, Korea Region), and Yang Jie (President, Europe, America & Africa Region), brought the atmosphere to a peak. Photos of CNGRers from around the world rolled across the giant screen, as everyone in the audience waved their lit phones to the rhythm, perfectly embodying the unity and spirit of “One Dream, One CNGR, One Family.”
